1.Client Provides Design Drawings
To begin the process, we request detailed design drawings, including product dimensions, material specifications, surface treatments, color preferences, logo size, and any other relevant details. These clear instructions allow us to deliver precise, high-quality stainless steel cutlery and flatware that align with your vision.
2.Customized Sample Production
Once we have received your design requirements, our engineers will review the drawings. Upon payment of the sample fee, we’ll begin producing a customized sample. Normally, sample production takes around 7 working days, though this may vary based on factory scheduling and complexity.
3.Sample Delivery for Approval
When the customized sample is ready, we carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the agreed specifications. We’ll then send it to you for approval. If any modifications are needed, we’re happy to work with our engineers to make adjustments. Once approved, we’ll proceed with mass production as per the contract.
4.Mass Production
After receiving the deposit, we’ll start mass production immediately. The production lead time typically ranges from 15 to 45 days, depending on the order size. We focus on delivering high-quality products within the agreed timeline.
5.Quality inspection
After production is complete, our dedicated quality inspection team thoroughly checks each product to ensure it meets our high standards. Once approved, our logistics team will prepare the goods for shipment.
6.Packaging
To ensure safe delivery, we use plastic bags and cartons for inner packaging, with corrugated cartons for outer packaging. Since stainless steel cutlery is susceptible to scratches, we take extra care in packaging to prevent friction between the items during transportation.
7.Customer Follow-up
Once you’ve received the goods, we will follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any minor issues that may arise. If needed, we will make adjustments in subsequent batches to continually improve the quality and meet your expectations.
